CHAI PEAR BOURBON ICE CREAM
We had a lot of fun experimenting (and eating) this shrub-adapted Food Network recipe from @curt_aikens, substituting his peach brandy with shrub and bourbon. Follow his recipe and just replace the peach brandy with 2 ounces of Chai Pear Element Shrub and 2 ounces of bourbon. While the ice cream is churning, add another 2 ounces of bourbon. Enjoy!
