CHAI PEAR SHRUB SOUR

2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz honey ginger syrup
1/2 oz fresh squeezed/strained lime juice
1 bar spoon (tsp) Chai Pear Element Shrub
1 egg white
3 dashes orange bitters
pinch salt
Combine all in cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake for another 12 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with candied ginger and rosemary.
