2 oz gin (I used @tanqueray no. 10)
1/2 oz Honeydew Jalapeno Element Shrub
4 cucumber slices
squeeze of lemon
pinch of cayenne
pinch of salt
tonic water (I used @boylanheritage)


Muddle the cucumber slices with the gin in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shrub, lemon, cayenne, and salt. Shake and pour over ice, top with tonic water to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs (mint or tarragon work well) and flowers.
