UP ALL NIGHT

This no booze cocktail is a party in your mouth.

• 2oz - Cold Brew Coffee
• 3/4oz - Orgeat
• 3/4oz - Honeydew Jalapeño Element Shrub
• 1/2oz - Fresh Lime Juice

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled and strain over new ice.

I’m not really sure how it all came together but it has a little bit of everything going on. A little bitter, earthiness from the coffee. A little spice, a little sweet, and a little tang from the shrub. The fresh lime juice is just bold, bright and tart and the orgeat rounds everything out giving the drink a wonderfully creamy texture with a little sweetness and a little nuttiness.
