IRISH LATTE

1 oz cold brew coffee
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur (@donciccioefigli)
1/2 oz Honeydew Jalapeno Element Shrub
1/4 oz Whiskey
1/2 oz 1% milk
dash of Aromatic Bitters (@modernbarcart)

Because vinegar and milk don't get along, this drink essentially becomes a milk punch. What you want to do is add all of the ingredients to intentionally curdle the milk and then the whey (infused with the creaminess of the milk and the flavors of all of the other ingredients) becomes your drink. Definitely one of the most interesting drinks we've ever made. Enjoy!
