• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• .5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Blood Orange Saffron Element Shrub
• 3 drops of Orange Blossom Water
• Egg White
• Blood Orange Saffron Element Shrub & Club®

Combine ingredients and dry shake for a minute. Add ice and shake for up to 12 minutes (yes you read that correctly). Pour into a Collins glass and slowly add Shrub and club. To build the head, pour some Shrub & Club into your tin and swish around the excess foam and gently pour over the top.
