WEEKEND AMBITION
2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Cynar
3/4 oz Grapefruit Vanilla Element Shrub
Note: C3 is an artichoke liqueur similar to Cynar.
Add all three ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain over new ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and fresh thyme flowers
