SPICY MOJITO
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh limes, quartered
1/2 oz. Lemon Mint Element Shrub
1/4 oz. Honeydew Jalapeno Element Shrub
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. Overproof Rum
Muddle the mint and lime, add shrubs, syrup and rum to a shaker over ice. Shake, top with seltzer and serve with fresh mint and lime garnishes.
