CUCUMBER COLLINS

1 1/2 oz fresh, strained cucumber juice
3/4 oz Lemon Mint Element Shrub

Add ingredients above to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Pour into a Crate & Barrel stemless champagne flute over new crushed ice.

Garnish with cucumber and mint.

Top with 4oz of your choice of either Lemon Mint Shrub & Club or Honeydew Jalapeno Shrub & Club.
