A holiday twist on the classic, French 75

1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz gin
1 oz Chai Pear Element Shrub
Top with Prosecco
Pour grenadine into coupe or champagne flute. In a shaker combine lemon, gin and shrub; shake until very cold. Pour over grenadine. Top with prosecco!
